1.Preparation

1.1 Check the thickness gauge ray source is open.

1.2 Start the cooling tower water pump, circulation pump, high pressure pump (one with a backup), low pressure pump (one with a backup), back pressure pump, thin oil pump (one with a backup), rolling oil pump, oil mist fan, turn on the lighting.

1.3 Start the main machine and winder.

2.Wearing tape

The steel coil is lifted to the entrance uncoiler, the reel is lifted to the export winder → draw fork fixed reel → clutch closed → pressure roller, squeeze oil pressure plate rise → winding forward pointing → winding pointing → send the steel belt to the export winder → winder linkage → the steel belt is wrapped 5 circles on the export winder → pressure roller down.

3.Rolling

Load the upper and lower working rolls→Clamp the upper and lower working rolls→Close the front swing door→Build static tension→Close the roll slit→Press down the roll slit on the operating table or input the roll slit value on the man-machine interface→Rolling force or roll slit reach the set value→Thickness gauge input→Thickness gauge open→Tension increase to the set value→Select the rolling direction→"Work mode" on the man-machine interface "Select "position control" on the man-machine interface →Mill speed up to the set speed →Adjust the pressure on the drive side and operation side (to prevent runout) →Adjust the roll slit (to ensure the target thickness of the pass) →Roll to the end of the strip about 12 turns mill deceleration →Tail left about 5 turns to reduce the speed to stop →Select the rolling direction →Set the rolling force, tension and roll diameter Tension and roll diameter → squeeze oil roller down → squeeze oil platen down → mill acceleration to the set speed, adjust the pressure of the drive side and operation side → adjust the roll gap → roll to the end of the strip about 12 laps mill deceleration → left about 5 laps of the tail speed down to stop → reciprocal rolling several times to the target thickness.

4.Unwind

Stop the mill → lower the tension to static tension → open the roll slit → withdraw the static tension → close the rolling oil pump → squeeze oil roller up → squeeze oil platen up → remove the unrolled part of the tail → pressure roller up → winder linkage → pull the tail to the outlet → axial clamping open → clutch open → lift away the coil.

5.Roll system replacement

5.1 Extraction of rolls

Three-roller rolling mill speed down to stop → stop the mill → lower the tension to static tension → open the roll gap → withdraw the static tension → open the front swing door → loosen the upper and lower work rolls → extract the upper and lower work rolls → lower support rolls down → lower support rolls out → place the iron pier on the operation side and transmission side of the lower support rolls → lower support rolls in → upper support rolls balance down → lower support rolls out → lift the upper intermediate rolls and side support rolls → lift the lower intermediate rolls and side support rolls → Lift up the upper support roller → Lift away the lower support roller.

5.2 Loading rolls

Lift the lower support roller to the track→Place the iron pier on the operation side and transmission side of the lower support roller→Lift the upper support roller to the iron pier→Load the upper and lower intermediate roller and side support roller→Load the upper intermediate roller and side support roller→Lower support roller in→Up support roller balance up→Lower support roller out→Take away the iron pier→Lower support roller in→Lower support roller up→Load the upper and lower work rolls→Close the front swing door→Unload and reset→Automatic pre-press.

6. Three-roller mill shutdown(More than 2 hours)

Close the circulation pump, high pressure pump, low pressure pump, back pressure pump, thin oil pump, rolling oil pump, oil mist fan and lighting.
