Aluminum shell furnace is suitable for users who change production in a short time, with small tonnage.
3. The advantages of steel shell furnace are that it is strong and durable, beautiful and generous, with large furnace capacity and tough rigid structure. From the perspective of furnace tilting safety, steel shell furnace shall be used as much as possible.
4. The yoke induction coil made of silicon steel plays the role of shielding and emission. The magnetic flux leakage is reduced, the thermal effect is improved, the output is increased, and the energy saving is about 5-8%.
5. The existence of furnace cover reduces heat loss and improves the safety of equipment.
6. The steel shell furnace has a long service life, and the aluminum shell oxidizes seriously at high temperature, resulting in willful fatigue of the metal. At the casting site, we can often see the aluminum shell furnace that has been used for about a year. The shell is dilapidated, the magnetic leakage of the steel shell furnace is less, and the service life of the steel shell furnace is much longer than that of the aluminum shell furnace.
7. At present, the implementation of environmental protection and safety policies is relatively strict, so steel shell furnace will replace aluminum shell furnace in the near future.
Ordinary steel shell furnace will increase power consumption by about 10% compared with aluminum shell! Many technologies are needed to reduce the loss of steel shell furnace, so there is a large gap in price. The core technology of steel shell furnace lies in Faraday ring and structural design. At present, most domestic manufacturers do not have low consumption steel shell technology. They can only distinguish grades in the thickness of copper tubes. They should make some false publicity and say it well without technology. If users use an ordinary steel shell furnace, they may consume hundreds of thousands of kWh more electricity a year. The steel shell furnace has high, medium and low grades, and the price of different configurations will vary by tens of thousands.
