Yoke

The furnace body has a built-in profiling yoke, and the shielding of the yoke can reduce magnetic flux leakage, prevent the furnace body from heating, and improve the efficiency. At the same time, the yoke plays the role of supporting and fixing the induction coil, so that the furnace body can achieve high strength and low noise.

Coil

The coil is the heart of the induction furnace. The induction coil generates a strong magnetic field under the action of the current. This magnetic field causes the metal in the intermediate frequency steel shell furnace to generate eddy current and heat up. The coil is the key to converting electrical energy into heat, so the design of the coil is very important.
