Continuous Heating Furnace is consist of furnace body,fuel chamber,discharge hole flue and pusher.The furnace body is consist of heating zone,preheating section and furnace tail expansion.In the metallurgical industry,there are two kinds of the furnace:continuous furnace and compartment heater.metal heat treatment adopts the heat treatment heating fumace .heating the billet before roughing is called soaking pit.heating furnace is also consist of soaking pit and heat treatment heating furnace.continuous heating furnace usually use the fuel of gas heavy oil,coal.the fuel in pulverized should install the heat exchanger and heat recovery boiler.

◆ High efficiency heat storage honeycomb structure design, small size, simple and compact structure, and the efficiency is more than twice that of conventional heat storage;

◆ The furnace bottom is made of refractory materials, without water cooling, energy saving, safety and long life;

◆ Unit consumption of natural gas < 40 m ³/ t. Double heat storage of air and gas is adopted to realize final preheating and recovery;

◆ Gas fuels such as blast furnace gas, hot dirty gas, mixed gas, natural gas, liquefied gas and generator gas can be used;

◆Pulse combustion is used to replace proportional combustion, especially when the output is low or the insulation is maintained, the stable flame length can be maintained, and the furnace section temperature can be kept uniform;

◆High efficiency heat storage honeycomb structure design, small size, simple and compact structure, and the efficiency is more than twice that of conventional heat storage;

◆Multi jet structure, no high-speed erosion of flue gas, no local high temperature, honeycomb life up to 18 months;

◆The temperature difference between the medium preheating temperature and the inlet flue gas is less than 100 ℃, which limits the recovery of flue gas waste heat;

◆Low oxygen dispersed combustion, low NOx combustion, more uniform furnace temperature;

◆Comply with the emission standard of air pollutants for industrial furnaces (GB9078-1996);

◆Pneumatic reversing valve, simple structure, stable and reliable operation, with a service life of 1.5 million times;

◆Adopt castable integral furnace top and composite layer furnace wall structure to reduce heat loss of furnace body;

◆The oxidation loss shall be controlled below 1.0%. The calorific value of gas shall be measured by online calorimeter to control the air-fuel ratio;
