Flying shear

Main uses: flying shear is often used in steel rolling, papermaking and other production lines.
Principle: the flying shear is installed on the rolling operation line to cut the head and tail of the rolled piece horizontally or cut it to a fixed length. During the movement of the rolled piece, the rolled piece is cut off by the relative movement of the shear blade In the continuous rolling billet workshop or small section steel workshop, it is placed at the back of the rolling line to cut the rolled piece to a fixed length or only cut the head and tail Various types of flying shears are equipped in the cross shear unit, heavy shear unit, galvanizing unit and tinning unit of cold and hot strip steel cars to cut the strip steel into fixed length or steel coil with specified weight. The wide use of flying shear is conducive to the rapid development of steel rolling production in the direction of high speed and continuity Therefore, it is one of the important links in the development of steel rolling production.
The fixed length flying shear should ensure good shear quality – a certain length is accurate, the cutting plane is neat, the fixed length adjustment range is wide, and there should be a certain shear speed at the same time In order to meet the above requirements, the structure and performance of flying shear must meet the following requirements during the shearing process:
1. The horizontal speed of the cutting edge should be equal to or slightly greater than the moving speed of the rolled piece;
2. The two cutting edges shall have the best cutting edge clearance;
3. In the process of shearing, the cutting edge should preferably move in a plane translation, that is, the cutting edge is perpendicular to the surface of the rolled piece;
4. The flying shear shall work according to a certain working system to ensure the fixed length;
5. Try to reduce the inertia load and flying stress of the shear member.

Safety technical operation specification for flying shear
1. Before starting the flying shear, the operator must observe the operators around the flying shear and start the machine after confirmation.
2. When the flying shear is overhauled or the cutting edge is replaced, the flying shear console must be powered off before operation.
3. In case of arch steel and steel jamming of flying shear, emergency shutdown shall be carried out immediately.
4. During the normal operation of the flying shear, the operator shall pay attention to observe the surroundings of the flying shear at any time, and it is strictly prohibited for personnel to pass through.
