Dust Collector

Dust removal principle: The dust collector is mainly composed of an upper box, a middle box, an air inlet channel, a bracket, a filter bag, a blowing device, and a ash discharge device. The dust-laden air enters the ash hoppers of each chamber from the air inlet channel of the dust collector and is opened under the diversion of the ash hopper diversion device. The large particles of dust are separated and fall directly into the ash hopper, while the finer dust enters the middle box evenly. While adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag, the clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag, and is discharged into the atmosphere through each switching valve and exhaust pipe. With the progress of the filtration condition, the dust on the filter bag accumulates more and more. When the resistance of the equipment reaches the limited resistance value, the cleaning control device will open the electromagnetic pulse valve according to the set value of the cleaning time according to the set procedure. Stop the wind and blow, and use the compressed air to instantly increase the pressure in the bag, and mix the dust on the filter bag (even fine dust can be cleaned at the bottom) into the ash hopper, and the ash discharge mechanism discharge.
